The cable tool is now even better by adding extra controls to change the gravity of the cable with the mouse. Simply dragging the mouse up or down will control the gravity.
This will make an even better demo of what you can do with Python states and that you HDA's to the next level. With Python states you can link mouse (or other inputs) to the parameters of a HDA.
Since we are working in Houdini there are also procedural and non-destructive advantages. After the cable is made you can still tweak values or improve certain areas.
